Activating Initial Core Group

Learning Objectives

At the end of the 6-month Startup Phase, the Master Trainors will have:

1. trained trainers who, in turn, will have completed training of a 3rd-generation of learners

2. completed first wave of Co-creation Lab bootcamps with at least 15 participants

3. completed a co-creation initiative across at least 2 sectors/offices

4. produced at least 10 BL Yellow Belters

Learning vehicles will be the BL Circles and Co-creation Labs

BL Circles shall be hybrid learning environments where learners through independent and group-based activities, online and in-person. This provides both Balcony perspectives where learners diagnose and interpret the world and a Dancefloor where learners interact with each other, simulating real-world small group collaboration. (See Beginning a BL Circle).

Co-creation Labs are platforms for impact-oriented prototyping and project collaboration.
